The Magnolia West Band Booster Club is dedicated to providing exceptional musical and lifetime experiences for our students while minimizing the cost burden on families. In order to have a successful band and color guard program, we need dedicated volunteers and community support to provide our students with the best equipment and training. Whether you give your time, talent, financial assistance, or all the above, it will be greatly appreciated by the Magnolia West Band and Color Guard. Some of our goals are to help with costs of props, private lessons, choreography, clinics, and camps. Below are a few ways you can help.

Business Sponsors:

Do you have a small business, or know someone who does? MWHS Band Boosters are looking for sponsors this year. Consider sponsoring the band or dropping off forms with businesses in town. We have attached our new Sponsor Form with several different levels of sponsorships. 

 

Family/Individual Sponsorships:

We are excited to announce this year that we have Family Sponsorships that offer many fun benefits in return. Check out the attached page and consider being one of our sponsors this year!

Student Sponsors:

Some of our students need financial help to cover their marching band registrations fees. Please consider sponsoring a band or color guard member. 

You can direct your donation to a specific band or color guard member, or you can make your donation a non-directed gift. Non-directed gifts will be used to provide financial assistance to needy and deserving students. Giving levels begin at $10 and range all the way up to sponsoring a band or guard member for the full season. No matter the size, each and every gift is greatly appreciated. 

 

You can complete the attached donation form and mail it to the Band Boosters or send with the students. Either way your donation is greatly appreciated.
