2024-2025 Physicals!!

Save the Date - Physical Day will be held at MWHS on Wednesday, May 8, 2024

​

Plan to get your physical done at this time  - cost is $20

​

Any student participating in Athletics, Cheer, Dance, ROTC, or Marching Band during the

2024-2025  school year at MJH or MWHS will need an updated physical on file.

 

Per MISD policy, any physical dated before April 1, 2024 cannot be accepted for participation during the 2024-2025 school year.

 

MISD students can take care of this requirement on Wednesday, May 11 when physicals will be offered at Magnolia West for $20. While cash and checks made out to MISD will be accepted on the day of the event, parents can pay online ahead of time to make the process even easier.

Bus transportation to West will be provided for MJH students interested in taking advantage of this convenient and specially discounted service. However, it’s important to note that there will be no transportation back to MJH, and students will need to be picked up from West once their physical is complete.

Physical Forms include a Medical History section, which must be completed and signed by both student and parent prior to being seen by the physician. Students must bring this form with them on May 11.

In addition to a current physical, students are required to register and complete online paperwork in order to be UIL eligible for extra-curricular activities.
